Domestic Violence Resources (DVR) is a community based non-profit organization committed to promote peace, healthy living, and resources to families in need. DVR was created in response to the unfair women’s lifestyles in both the workplace, and at home. We work towards Women’s Domestic Abuse in South Asian cultures and the Muslim community in the Southeastern Michigan area. Although DVR was created for Muslim women facing Domestic Abuse, it is open to all individuals regardless of race, ethnicity, or gender.
